Short version: this is a static content site. We don’t sell personal data.

Who we are

WhichSetup (“we”) publishes buyer-decision guides at the domain Logan Miller selects at go-live (working name: whichsetup.com). Operator details appear on About.

What this site is

A primarily static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages (or equivalent). Pages are HTML files. We do not operate user accounts, comments requiring login, or a storefront checkout on this domain.

Information we may collect

1. Server / CDN logs

Cloudflare (or our host) may automatically collect standard request data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

2. Analytics (GA4 — placeholder)

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-XXXXXXXXXX (replace at go-live). GA4 may collect device/browser info, approximate location, pages viewed, and events (e.g. outbound Amazon clicks). We configure analytics for site improvement, not for selling personal profiles.

3. Newsletter (optional, later)

If you subscribe via Buttondown, Beehiiv, or similar, that provider processes your email under their privacy policy. We will link the provider here when a form goes live.

4. Affiliate click-throughs

Clicking an Amazon affiliate link takes you to Amazon.com, which has its own privacy policy and may set cookies for attribution. We do not control Amazon’s processing.

Cookies

Essential CDN/security cookies may be set by the host. Analytics cookies/identifiers appear only after GA4 is installed. We do not use advertising pixels that retarget you across the web as part of the v1 WhichSetup stack.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

• Use browser controls to block cookies / clear site data
• Use Google’s analytics opt-out tools where applicable
• Unsubscribe from any future newsletter via its footer link

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change when we do.
